The Monthly Reset
- Welcome to the Fall 2026 semester! For some of you, this is your first time on campus. For others, you are coming back for the next chapter in your time at Lafayette. As you are settling in by finding your classes, reuniting with friends, and saying good bye to the summer, be sure to start thinking about how you want to manage your overall well-being this semester!
Consider the following as the semester gets underway:
- When creating your daily/weekly schedule be sure to leave pockets of time to catch your breath. It is easy to be overcommitted to the point where you are exhausted by the middle of the semester. Here’s your chance to be intentional about how you plan your time.
- Think about how you will check-in with yourself over the coming weeks. What are the signs that you are overwhelmed or needing extra support?
- Find ways to connect with your fellow Leopards! The beginning of the semester means there will be plenty of opportunities to join clubs, student organizations, and other groups to build a community during your time at Lafayette.
