This is an opportunity to talk about what’s getting in the way of engaging in behaviors that help you thrive and develop strategies to focus on your wellness in a variety of ways. Using the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, Dr. Vanessa will help you identify areas for growth and steps to take to live a more well-balanced life.
