Wellness 101: Beyond the Buzzwords

This workshop provides your group with an opportunity to engage in more in depth conversations about wellness and well-being.  We’ll explore how the eight dimensions of wellness, cultivating resilience, and creating an intentional wellness plan can lead to a healthier you!  Wellness 101 can be tailored to your group’s specific needs and concerns. The goals of the workshop are to:

  • Introduce the concept of holistic wellness  using the 8 Dimensions of Wellness framework.
  • Highlight the importance of personal well-being for academic and life success.
  • Provide tools and strategies for building resilience and managing stress.
  • Develop a plan to incorporate wellness activities into your daily routine.

Wellness Consultations

Consultations are brief, educational, and solution-focused with the goal of answering questions about wellness, well-being, and resilience. You can use these one-on-ones as a way to:
