Now is the time to explore the various ways you can engage in behaviors, activities, and mindsets that support being well in all areas of your life.

The Monthly Reset

  • Spring is right around the corner!  This means there will be more daylight and more opportunities to engage in outdoor activities. This is a great time to check in on all the dimensions of wellness, however, you may want to give special focus to the following areas:
    • Environmental Wellness: How can I “refresh” my space to welcome in a new season? Can I make a plan to spend more time outside to help with stress relief, focus, and overall well-being?
    • Physical Wellness: Are there new ways to engage in movement now that the weather has changed? What outdoor activities are now available to me?
