The Monthly Reset
- Midterms are here. Colder weather is on the way. And the second half of the semester is upon us. All this means that you may be finding yourself indoors more often. It’s a perfect time to begin to focus on your emotional wellness.
TL:DR Environmental wellness refers to your space, both natural and social. Here are a few prompts to help you think about how to take care of your environmental wellness:
- What aspects of my physical environment help me feel calm, focused, and safe?
- How can I make sure I am creating a safe environment for myself and my community?
- Are there ways to bring nature into my physical space (i.e. plants, sand tray, sound machine with water sounds, etc.)
